The beginning of 2016 finds Rappers I Know embarking on the next phase of our journey, with widespread releases featuring some of our longtime contributors. Beginning with K-OTIX Legendary; continuing through The Hue’s Aurora; and now with Kay / King Mason / Kashmere Don’s The Ashby Project; we are realizing the fruit of our efforts with what we hope are top-notch releases.
This weekend, we hosted an exclusive listening session for The Ashby Project at the legendary Sugar Hill Studios. We opened the doors to a few dozen Producers, DJs, and collaborators who have helped shaped the RIK sound over the last decade plus. And if their feedback about Ashby is any indication, then the rest of the world is in for a treat when it’s released in April.
