Kamau – Interview with AUX-TV

This is hands down one of the albums from Toronto I’m anticipating the most. Kamau emcee/poet/photographer/designer is one talent mofo and an all around good dude. I actually bugged the shit out of this man to help out somehow with this album but he is very hands on with his work and is doing it all himself from the production, design, photography etc. EVERYTHING. When we were all out in Brooklyn in the summer he let me hear the album while a bunch of us were hanging out one night. NUTS. I’ve never heard a spoken word artist and emcee be able to blend both worlds and styles so well. Check the interview he did with AUX-TV where he plays a couple of joints from the album.
